My way of looking at people I deal with is if someone does what they say they are going to do and does right by me, I will sing their praises. If someone cheats me, I?m right out there. Because I don?t want someone else to get ripped off. I don?t mind paying extra if I get the quality. I checked all prices in a lot of different stores, the beauty of the internet, and they were very reasonable; and right in the group. The consumer reports that we use, we always check things on consumers, we always buy the best. That way you are never dissatisfied. When someone says they are going to sale something and they are going to make arrangements to come out and install it; and they come out when they say they are going to come out and they do what they say there are going to do; there is professionalism there.

We keep buying things from them. They are very competitive with price, actually a little bit less than other people. They came when they said they were going to come. We bought a microwave from them as well. You can buy the Geek Squad protection program and the Geek Squad will come out and fix it; although they haven't had to do it with us but it's there. I have a policy with the Geek Squad for my appliances, but also my computers that I am very pleased with.
