Bee Busters quickly responded and was scheduled to come but I doubled booked and had to cancel one of the services. So we didn't use Bee Busters but Keith Davis of Bee Busters was very responsive and very professional. I would definitely hire them anytime.

Fantastic - got all of those buggers in the wall. Turns out there was another nest in the woods, so he came back to ensure the wall nest was dead and even set up traps for the woods nest. Very happy with the work.

Bee Busters was absolutely fantastic. Friendly. Professional. On-time. Efficient. Reasonably Priced. And Guarantee Their Service. I contacted them on a Friday morning, received a call-back that afternoon from Keith, and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day - awesome! Keith arrived about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained the whole process to me in detail, how much it would cost, what to expect over the next few days, their warranty (1 year), and then got to work. After Keith finished up, he reiterated what to expect over the next few days, reinforced their 1-year warranty/guarantee, and mentioned a follow-up call within a few days to check-in to see how things were going. And sure enough on the following Monday (2 days later), I received a voicemail from Keith checking-in. I was super busy and totally forgot to call him back. So, he called me again on Tuesday. This time I was able to answer the phone and confirm that the yellow jackets were dead/gone. It's rare to find a company that puts forth so much effort to exceed their customers' expectations. I highly recommend Bee Busters! They're fantastic! P.S. Don't be scared-off by their website. These are bee-guys, not technology/marketing guys or a big corporation with a six/seven-figure marketing budget. They get the job done, and they get it done right!

Keith came and blasted them with dust, put out glue traps, etc. It took about two days for them to cross over (buy the farm), which Keith had said might happen. After which there was only activity around 1100 when the motion activated light would come on. We told Keith this, and he came back to check the nest. He assured us that the activity we were seeing was not from the nest he treated and stuffed fiberglass in the hole to be certain the nest he treated wasn't the culprit (but also gave us mesh to put over the hole when we were sure). He also did a walk around and couldn't find the other nest. Sure enough, he was right. There was another nest (we can't find...prolly somewhere in the trees), which, rightly so, he wasn't keen to track down for us (would take forever). He did come back, free of charge, and set up homemade traps for us on SATURDAY. Also gave us extra bait. We are beyond pleased with Keith's service.
