Great job but all

Took Less time than they estimated

Poor experience - not only in the work, but trying to coordinate and get follow up work done to resolve the issues - examples issues include Bubble in paint Wipers hooked up backwards Multiple connectors either missing or improperly installed- engine cover panels loose, as well as panels around wheelwell Battery was not bolted in place - left loose and caused a short - gave up and just replaced this myself - amazed would forget to do this Multiple trips back to the shop each taking a full day and requiring alternative transportation Unresponsive to calls, e-mails No apologies for really poor work

I first stopped in to find out the price and drop off the vehicle. They did beautiful work and the car was ready earlier than promised. Everything looks great and I was pleased with the service.

We were treated with courtesy the whole way through and given a fair estimate. The job was done and the car delivered to our house looking brand new.

Nice touch for GEICO customers is GEICO has an on-site rep, so the insurance and repairs all get handled in one seamless transaction.

Customer service was exceptional. Even though office was very busy, the staff made time to provide an estimate of my car within a few minutes of my arrival. The estimate for repairing the damage to my car was much lower than a previous estimate I received. They were able to schedule me for the repair the next business day. The work was done on time and within the estimated cost of the repair. My car, which is only a few months old looks brand new again. They even buffed out some nicks without additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Overall they have provided me a good service. They serviced me in a timely passion. I have used their service for three times and I haven't encountered any problem.

There were two options. They could cut out and replace the crushed steel OR attempt to hammer out the damage and fill with body putty. The cost to cut/replace was ~ $700 more than the smooth and putty the damage. They suggested the smooth and putty and the end results were great. The paint match was very good with no orange peel or overspray anywhere. Over all, they did an excellent job.

My son had a collision in our 25 year old Jeep Comanche. I was worried that I would have to total the vehicle because of the age. I worked with my insurance company and when I found out that it could be repaired Baugh was my first choice. When I took the vehicle to Baugh I initially got an estimate from Ashley. I later found out besides being a great estimator and customer service rep for them she is the owners daughter. I worked with her and the insurance company along with Gary Baugh to make sure this vehicle which my son and I had saved from the Salvage yard a few years ago and restored, was in good hands and was going to be as good as new. We worked to to make sure that all the additional parts we had added(Winch bumper, driving lights, clear lens markers and turn signals) would be a part of the repairs. Gary and Ashley said they would do everything they could, but were very up front about the difficulties in putting it all back. We finally arrived at a happy medium and I dropped the truck off for repairs. As a side note, the guys from enterprise who work closely with them were great as well. We spoke a few times over the course of the repairs about issues with getting parts and at every turn they wanted to make sure I would be happy in the end. When it was finished, they took the time to go over the truck with me while it was snowing its butt off, to make sure I knew about every detail of the repairs. I would absolutely use them for all my Body shop needs in the future.

Baugh Auto Body restored my Jeep rear bumber to like-new condition and even fixed other minor blemishes on the tailgate at no additional cost to me or the insurance company. Baugh Auto Body is the best! Ashley Baugh, who managed my Jeep body work job, is an outstanding ambassador for this extraordinary long-term Richmond family business.

After my teen had a minor accident that damaged the passenger side head/side lights and front grill of the car, I asked Baugh to repair the lights so the car would pass state inspection. Since the car is 14 years old, I wanted to keep costs down. They obtained aftermarket parts and fixed the lights quickly so I could get the car reinspected. They also did (at no charge) minor straightening of the front bumper/grill while installing the lights that left the front of the car looking better - an unexpected bonus! The cost was almost 1/3 of what the dealer quoted me for the same repairs.

I brought my car in for a repair estimate. My insurance company has an agent on site who facilitated some of the conversations. I knew within a few hours what the estimate was, was promised a date of completion. All work was done timely and professionally. The customer service was excellent!

A co-worker referred me to Baugh Auto Body. They paid a lot of attention to detail. When Greg received one of the replacement doors, he said it was unacceptable in quality and ordered another, so it would be a few more days before I could get my car back. I didn't mind since the insurance company had to pay for my rental car while my car was in the shop. But I was glad that Greg took great care to make sure the job was done right. Before I picked up my car, Baugh detailed my car inside and out, a nice touch. The car looked great!
