 + -1 moreBank of America was pretty good and I would not necessarily hesitate to recommend them. However, I felt that since they are a larger global company they generalized my needs a bit. Otherwise, my stuff always came on time and they were organized enough so I have nothing really bad to say about them.
Description of Work: Until just recently when I refinanced, Bank of America held the mortgage on my large one story home. I can't say what rate I was being charged off the top of my head but it was pretty fair.
