Company was very unprofessional and did not care to send a technician to diagnose the issue with our AC unit because we are out of our one year LABOR warranty. They still could have come to diagnose the problem to give all assurances that the he issue did not happen within the one year period. Customer service was terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, THEY ARE AFTER THE MONEY. most companies offer at LEAST a two year warranty and every contractor that has come to our home to diagnose the issue has been shocked at what we’ve told them about this company and their “policy”.

In 32 years of home ownership, this is the best, most honest, talented, and CARING company my husband and I have ever dealt with. They come as soon as they can, they really know their stuff, and in this age of companies that do their best to not stand behind their products and services, this company stands out like a beacon. Imagine twice in 2 years a company installing expensive parts, including a new compressor, on a heat pump, and now an expensive electrical board, and honoring our move in date as our warranty period, even though the house was finished 2 years before we moved in. And we didn't ask, they just do it. They are so awesome, and reliable, it really is unbelievable to find a company like this one.

Company did a few minor tweaks that resolved the issue at no charge.

Diagnosis of issues was always quick and correct, and they went out of their way to check and fix all of our heat/air systems issues, that as mentioned, were mostly due to neglect of the systems in the 3 years the house was owned by the builder.
