I would give zero stars if I could. They were responsive in the beginning and came out within a couple days. As soon as they got their down payment I never heard from them again despite multiple calls and texts. Their trap has been screwed to the side of my house for months. Save yourself time and money and just pick another company.

After 5 months of poor work and service, the bats are still in the house. Company is slow and unresponsive and did not complete the initial removal of the bats nor clean the area per the contract. Took two months of to get them to come relook the problem per the warranty. There bat exclusion zone is a “kindergarten project” at best, ineffective and there are still bats in the house as I found one less than 96 hours ago. Owner unresponsive and does not return phone calls nor will there office put you in touch with someone who can help. P*** poor.

I called first and asked about the price and was told it should be $225.00 ( which I thought was high). The person came & did the work, was very efficient and courteous. However, I was charged $275.00 & told I would receive an invoice soon. Should never have paid without an invoice. Called the office three times since then asking for my invoice and why I was charged more. No one ever called me back-over two weeks later, still no call, no invoice.

Performed a visual inspection and was unable to determine the type of animals present although audio recordings were provided. Guessed and put mouse poison out before leaving. Nice bill of +250 to not solve any problem. No use of diagnostic devices. Ended up being squirrels.

I can't say enough about the work that was done by CJ. It took close to a month to gather up all the critters but whenever I called, they were out to check the traps. Once I no longer heard things in my attic they closed everything up and haven't had any issue since. Would recommend them highly.
