Initial visit was fine. Technician was on time and polite. Total visit last about 10 min. Paid $95, which I thought was a deposit, but turned out it was a "diagnostic fee." MONTHS later...the part they ordered has never arrived. My husband has had to call every few weeks to check-in as they never called us back. Finally, we gave up and took the $95 hit. Very disappointing experience.

Mr. Anderson and team installed two central heating/cooling systems in our 1940's two-story cape cod. They did an excellent job! We heard several solutions and Anderson's had the cleanest installation of ductwork (used crawlspace and attic) and air returns. Both systems work great!

Anderson AC is who our builder used for all HVAC work.  They installed a top of the line heating and cooling system and have been very generous with their time during the warranty period to make sure there was a balance of flow and temperatures.  We were so impressed with them that we had them install zone controls for the downstairs (probably the single best home improvement purchase we've ever made!).  Terrell, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional--as are all the technicians we've worked with.  We use them for Fall/Spring service, and will use them in the future for a whole-house humidifier.  Highly recommended!
