American Roof Brite

I’ve worked with Robert several times over the past 20 years. He and his crew are extremely professional and the work is high quality. Recently, although my roof doesn’t need cleaning at this time, I called Robert to get his advice on a good color for a new roof. He called me back in short order and offered advice. Although it didn’t make him any money, he looked out for one of his long term clients. He’s a class act. Thanks Robert.

Robert was great. Weather prevented original scheduled dates, but he stayed in touch to provide service next possible date. Worked diligently in 95 degree heat to complete the job.

See details above. The job went very well, Robert is a good communicator, and a hard worker. I'm satisfied that Robert was concerned not to blast the tar and granules out of the roof surface; but instead, he follows the idea that the roof should be gently cleaned in order to perserve it's structure and integrity. I think the price was fair given the service I received and the fact that roof work is potentially very dangerous.

We contacted three companies including American Roof Brite for quotes on the work. All three companies responded promptly. After reviewing the three companies proposals we selected American Roof Brite for the following reasons:1. The proprietor, Robert Sawyer, showed up promptly when he said he would, gave us a description of the work his company would perform, showed us his insurance coverage and contractor registration and projected a geniune interest in doing the work. 2. His company specilizes in cleaning roofs. 3. His company is well established and experienced in cleaning roofs. After we told Mr. Sawyer that he had the job they showed up when they said they would and did a great job in cleaning our roofs. We had installed two new fabric awnings over side entrances several months ago and were very concerned about having these stained or otherwise damaged by the roof cleaning operation. The contractor assured us that they would not be harmed by their work and they weren't. We are very happy with the work Mr. Sawyer's company performed .

This is among one of the best companies I have ever used for this type of service. They did such a great job with it. They also do roof cleaning but that is much more expensive. I am not to sure exactly what I was charged for the pressure washing job but I know it was cheaper than the roof cleaning. The only thing with that is the roof will stay clean for many years. When pressure washing the house, they do not use Clorox, like most other companies do. The Clorox kills the birds and they are very cautious about that. They even move my bird house cautiously so that they do not hit it. This is a very accurate company who does very accurate work.
