We called plumber on Saturday afternoon concerning flooded crawlspace. He was able to come out Sunday morning at 9am to resolve issue. The plumber pumped out the water in the crawlspace, and found the broken irrigation pipe that caused the flood. The plumber cut the valve off to the irrigation and instructed us to call our sprinkler company to repair this broken pipe.

He looked at it, gave me a good quote, and went to work! He was prepared, neat and tidy, and redid all the pipes and hoses and connections in a jiffy! I am so glad to have found a plumber!!

We had an excellent experience with Agape. Mr. Clark came out ASAP to assess our situation (free of charge) and scheduled the work quickly. He was incredibly professional/knowledgeable throughout and did a great job for what we felt was a reasonable price. He cleaned up without a trace and even put those booty things over his shoes before entering our home. AND, he came back the next day (a Saturday), pro bono, to fix a water heater leak that popped up after he had cut it off temporarily to complete the pipe repair (not his fault- it had to do with a crappy valve installed by the previous homeowner). We highly recommend this company!!

Once we figured out it was definitely the hot water heater and was told that moving our hot water heater would be on our dime anyway, we called Agape. Eugene called us back within minutes Friday evening and came to see us today (Saturday) at 8am. He was able to diagnose the issue as the water heater right away. He was able to get us the right kind of water heater right away, even driving from our home in Midlothian to Glen Allen. The price was reasonable and we're so happy to have the problem fixed.
