At every point of interaction I thought Adam's Insulation was fantastic. They are old school in the sense that they don't do email and all contracts and anything I requested (proof of insurance and business license) were mailed. But I received everything within days within request. They are also old school in the sense that they get the job done on time and within the price quoted. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Would absolutely use them again.

In short - fantastic company to work with and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.   I called to schedule free estimate, they came out within a couple of days.   Was able to schedule the project for the following week but the weather caused us to reschedule - twice.  They were super nice and accommodating.  
On day of the project, the installer arrived and went to work immediately.  I had a doctor's appoint and had to leave but trusted they would do a great job.  I was correct.  I paid before I left and when I returned the job had been completed and looked great.  About 30 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the owner, I believe, was there letting me know his installer had called him to let him know he accidentally stepped on the condensation pipe which broke so he was there to fix it.    I had no idea there was even an issue but they fixed it immediately and let me know.

My experience with them went well. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were also courteous.

The men arrived on time at 8:30 am.  They worked fast.  Since we have a brick ranch home, the insulation had to be blown in through the drywall.  They used a machine to cut holes in the drywall and installed a wooden plug in the hole when finished.  We have a 1600 ft. home and the work that was required covered about 1400 sq ft.  They were finished around 12:30 pm.  There was some dust left over but that was easily cleaned with a vacuum.  If you are having work done in your kitchen, I would recommend taking everything out of the cabinets as dust will travel to every shelf.  The men covered everything to minimize the mess for us.  We are pretty good at doing drywall repair.  We can't even see where the insulation was pumped in.  Just make sure the plugs are pushed in a little to be able to cover them well with joint compound.  I would definitely use them again.  They are a lot cheaper then other companies.

14 windows plus a picture one were put in in about 5 hours. Came back at a later date at my request as I had a question, and answered it to my satisfaction.

Came out and checked house for poor insulation. Was able to see where there were leaks. Also found that a number of places under house did not have insulation. Also noticed that one of the vents under house was filled with water. Although that was out of the realm of what his company does, wanted me to know that it should not be that way. Really appreciated that he was so through. Came back the next day and replaced insulation.

The job went great. They were able to give me an estimate a few days after I called, and complete work the following week.The only problem was that the installer did not bring enough insulation so it took two days to complete the job. During the second day, the installer discovered a water leak under my house -- he found it long before I would have, so I was able to get a plumber to repair sooner rather than later.

Staff were very responsive, friendly, and professional. Great value for the price.

They did a pretty good job. The main thing I ended up with them is their price. They explained the process what they are going to do. They are knowledgeable.

Adams Insulation was a great company to work with. They were professional, timely, punctual, and respectful. They finished their work quickly and efficiently, while paying attention to detail. My husband and I are very pleased with their work.
