Accel Pest & Termite Control - Richmond

I met with the Accel representative and set up a performance contract. At present they have only made an initial inspection for termites. The contract calls for an annual inspection and treatment if necessary. So far I am satisfied with Accel's proposed program. It will be some time before I will be able to give a rating for Accel's performance.

I was so impressed with the company. I had received an outrageous quote for moisture treatment from another company and used Accel for a second opinion. The technician was informed, fast, thorough, and on time. He took tons of really clear pictures to share with me. He found no evidence of the moisture problems or active powderpost beetles that the other company had claimed.
In addition, Accel said they'd perform annual termite inspections without previously having treated my house, since another company performed treatment just two years ago.
They're slightly more expensive than competitors, but it's totally worth it to have a better level of service.
