"Parts and Services billed at time of services rendered. aberichmond.com for details. the claim I returned parts you previously paid for is false. I can prove that with receipts and documentation. you dont install the trim/bulb portion of the light until the ceiling is finished. that is why only the can portion was installed at that point. customer told me they were going to put double layer sheet rock through out the first floor. Cans already purchased and installed. after customer telling me they were going to put another layer of sheet rock, those cans had to be taken out, the can would be buried. in removing them, it did do a little damage to the rock around the can, but would have been taken care of by second layer. I returned to the job a week later, this particular room did not receive second layer and small damage around original can hole remained. customer told me he did not tell me that, blaming me for damage, saying he hadn't noticed that before, which is why I then asked, "have you even been here? the customer blamed his poor eye sight for not seeing this matter 3 ft above his head, even though previously we were outside and he let me know that an existing flood light two stories up wasnt functioning, in broad daylight. my employees were also upset as this kind of treatment was the norm. instruction with contradiction. me showing up angry at my crew had to do with them showing up late and not working to capacity, so I fired them and took over. I decided can-less lights due to 2 layer sheet rock. after altercation, my decision was not to continue on the job. so yes, I took the material I had purchased that day back, did not charge for the 6 hours labor I put in that day, and left our balance at $0, as all other parts and services rendered were paid for. it was your job to communicate your needs to the hired supervisor which you did poorly. I have an A+ rating with all of my vendors. Homedepot.com, lowes.com. this claim is false."
