Appliance Repair
We bought our refrigerator at Lowe's and it was under warranty, so they hired A & E to repair it. Even though they came back four or five times, they couldn't fix it because we had very bad-tasting ice cubes. In the end, we didn't blame them but we insisted on a new refrigerator.
