 + 0 moreMark was great to work with. He responded promptly to emails and our request for an estimate. He was friendly, polite, and professional, (and I was delighted that he did not talk down to me, just because I am female, as other contractors have). He was quick and thorough with providing the estimate and made changes as needed with no difficulty when we changed the scope of our work. While he did have to reschedule the work from when it was originally planned, he was very good about communication and managed to work on our well-house between snow storms. He rebuilt/repaired and re-shingled the entrance to our well-house, put in a shelf to hold the heater, and wrapped the pipes in insulation. I will definitely be glad to call on Noble Construction again for other projects.

 + -1 moreVery professional, always kept us up-to-date on progress, stuck to budget and finished on time so we could move into our new house. We have since hired Mark to replace water heater, build a fence for our dogs, paint and many other projects. He always does an excellent job.
Description of Work: Replaced all old Qest pipes in house to new pex pipes, fixed and painted drywall, and repaired other plumbing problems.

 + -1 moreMark was prompt in coming out to give an estimate and provided it in detailed, written form. He got all the demo work and carpet removal done quickly, as we were under a tight timeline on this part of the job. Mark had another big job that he then started, but he was very responsive and cooperative in scheduling each successive part of our job, as it progressed, being very flexible about getting his work done as the schedules of other contractors and deliveries changed. At every stage of the job, Mark and his crew were careful to maintain an orderly workspace, and organized and cleaned up at the end of their work each day. Everything was done to our satisfaction, and I especially want to compliment the beautiful work they did on our kitchen backsplash. We strongly recommend Mark Pullen and Noble Contracting.
Description of Work: Mark and his crew carefully removed the cabinets and all appliances from our kitchen, and capped plumbing lines, in preparation for a kitchen remodel. They removed them from the property. They painted the kitchen walls and ceiling, then retouched (extensive) and patched/painted areas where 2 light fixtures were removed, after new cabinets and counters were installed. After the countertop installation was complete, he and his crew installed the tile backsplash in the kitchen. They also removed wall to wall carpeting from 2 rooms and a hallway, and disposed of it. They then removed old tiles that were beneath the carpet and leveled the floor where needed. They removed an old sink from the laundry room, and installed one of the cabinets from the kitchen there. After new kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed, Mark hooked up the kitchen sink and installed the new faucet. He also replaced some heating/air conditioning vents in the house, and repaired a leaking toilet.
