General Remodeling, Auto Body Work
Very responsive. Brought the car in to schedule repair on a Wednesday, repair was scheduled for the coming Monday (12/17). Estimate was about a week, got the car back on Thursday.
Insurance wanted to use aftermarket parts, but after trying to use them, Craftsman didn't like the way they fit the car and handled all the work to use OEM parts. Everything was done behind the scene, I didn't have to do anything other than pickup the car at the end. Craftsmen did all the work with the insurance company.
Paint work was excellent, can't tell the difference between panels (and they had to replace a front fender, bumper cover) so blending was excellent. Parts line up, no gap difference between sides. Car was returned detailed and clean. Looked like a new car.
If I ever need repairs again I will use (I hope I don't need to, for obvious reasons).
