They are the second or third largest insurance broker in the country. Their commissions are paid for by the insurance companies. I recommend them because of their professionalism and knowledge of the markets. They negotiate the price and always get us the lowest price. They do a really good job.

I really like the company and the location. On the chances that I do go in to any of the branches, they have been really helpful, friendly and give good service. I think the most important thing for me is their location. They have a good number of location.

One low rate was give to us, discussed and written to us in emails. At closing another rate was slipped in (as a variable rate instead of the fixed we had been promised). We did not figure this out for quite a while and Wells Fargo was not willing to do anything to fix this. Our agent (Mike Kruse)laughed at us. We were also hit with a $500 penalty for closing the loan three months shy of three years. Avoid Wells Fargo and Mike Kruse like the plague!!!

I HAVE BEEN USING WELLS FARGO FOR YEARS AND THEIR RATES AND SERVICES HAVE BEEN GREAT. EVERY TIME I REFINANCE IT HAS BEEN A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS. QUICK RESPONSES AND VERY EASY CLOSINGS.
