I think, their gym is well-run and clean. Also, it's plenty of equipment. They have pool outside and inside which is nice. The people there are all very helpful and very professional. We were happy with the staff.

They are good. They were basically just a gym where you could work out and they have classes and everything seems to be good. The people are nice and several of their instructors were very good and their place is clean. They don't provide free towels or things like that you to have bring that in yourself and I think everything else they provide. I have not found any negatives about them. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and the equipment is first rate and there is no question about that. They are kept clean and in good shape and you expect good quality. I would use them again in the future.

I've been happy with the facility and the people. I find it a nice environment for a quick workout. The front desk people are always friendly and most remember me by name.

It is a clean facility and has a good variety of equipment. It is well maintained and the hours are convenient. I will continue to use them.
