They get A's.  I can't find any reason to fault them for any of the work we've had done there.  We've had lots of work there in the past.  Any of the things where we've taken the car to them, they've been very, very good.

They do a really good job. They're very nice. They all seem to be knowledgeable. They're always polite and very professional. They gave me an estimate for another work that needed to be done. I shopped around a little and I was able to find it for less. But, overall, I think they're pretty fair.

We purchased a VIP card which includes free and discounted oil changes and other services at the South Lakes Sunoco. We have been impressed with the services that we have received using the VIP card. The technicians are professional and provide timely service, even on Saturdays.

I don't know a lot about cars.  I have to admit - I have more of a bad feeling/taste with this location than really specific issues.  Basically - I live close by and thought it would be easy to take my car here - especially with a coupon book sold to my local neighborhood.  Well - the convenience of dropping the car off and being able to pick it up at anytime has been great, but the analysis of issues and fixes provided just haven't seemed to have held like other places.  Specifically the last time - I had MAJOR squealing issues and this Sunoco  just replaced the belts for about $200.  What they didn't seem to notice/relate is that the timing belt was bad (found out when I went to the dealer 2 months later) and that was the real source of the problem.  I don't know - just beware - seemingly friendly enough, but there seems to be a disconnect between local and corporate management here and coupons always seem to create issues/tension.  I will not go here when I can avoid it, but it is just so durn close to where I live.

I used a Valpak coupon for an oil change special. When I called to inquire if I could have an oil change that same day, Keith - the manager - said that an oil change could done in about an hour. Keith was correct. He was also polite and knowledgeable.
