PCMango

Overall it went well. Everything was completed and discussed in a language that was easy to understand. (no geek speak) and they were very personable. They listened to what we wanted and clearly communicated what they proposed and then after agreement was reached on their proposal they did it. All in all it went Great!

PC Mango is a fantastic company to do business with. The owner, Eduardo is super friendly, professional and really knows how to maintain good business relationships and keep our computers humming along. He responds quickly to issues and offers plans that takes the stress away from owning multiple computers where if one goes down it really affects our particular business. I have him on speed dial and not once has he not been able to respond within 24 hours, it is most likely within 6 hours. Do yourself and your business a favor and hire PC Mango as your off site computer people!

I used them for the first time recommended through Angie's List. Eduardo was great. He wanted to make sure that I was very pleased. He checked in with me to make sure everything was going well with my new computer. He spent more time with me than he charged with me which was nice. He's very responsive.

my wife had a terrible problem with her mac lap top where a manuscript she had been working on become corrupted... we called PCMango for help... it turned out that the file was unrecoverable... we tried several options including PCMango... but the great thing about this guy (i forget his name) was that he tried very hard, he was so professional, helped us with other home network issues, and refused to accept any money since the file was unrecoverable... this guy is cool and knowledgeable and friendly...he was really good at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand... i would hire him for service again in a heartbeat... out of all the companies and individuals we turned to for help, this guy was by far the best...

It went very well, Eduardo comes to the office or remotely signs in and fixes the problem without me having to worry about it. I know what it is going to cost and if he needs to spend anymore on parts or anything he gives me a heads up.

I made an appointment to meet with Eduardo at 7pm on the evening of 12-9-10. He actually arrived early even though we had a snow storm during the day and the roads were very icy. He was able to fix & restore my server and my 3 client stations in less than 45 minutes. He advised me of important steps to take to keep my computers running optimally. He offered his monthly maintenance plan which is awesome and will save me money. I've had contracts with 3 computer technicians in the past and none have ever offered this kind of service. Eduardo also set up my computers so that I am able to remote in from my home to my office/store computers. I asked my previous technicians to do this but no one has been able to do it. Eduardo set it up in less than 30 minutes. He is quick and knows what he is doing. I feel totally comfortable now that my computers are in his capable hands. I highly recommend Eduardo Maal at PCMango.

Like most business people, we rely heavily on our computers. Before hiring PCMango we had numerous "Horror Stories," with arrogant IT people who all seemed to say, "Oh, That's easy," and then fail to resolve our issues. I was beginning to believe they we all over-priced idiots. Then, a friend of mine told me that the owner of PCMango was "one of us, " meaning a honest, hardworking, fair and reliable problem-solver. When Eduardo Maal from PCMango arrived we had one laptop that didn't work at all due to a virus (and we could not retrieve any of the data), one laptop that barely worked, and a PC that was extremely slow. To our amazement, Mr. Maal worked on all 3 computers at the same time -- how he kept all the many procedures straight on each computer, I'll never know! -- and by the time he left 5 hours later, all 3 computers were working great, lightning fast, and all the data we thought we had lost forever had been successfully restored!
