Cleaners did a good job especially in bathrooms. I was not fond of the negotiation process with the crew leader. We settled on 3 hours for the job. (She wanted 6 or more.). I said do the best you can in 3 hours. Then she drove away. She called me at work when they were done, stating that they had worked an extra 1/2 hour gratis. She was insistent on setting up regular cleanings every 1 or 2 weeks. I have not yet done this (and probably won't with New Touch).
