On one hand they fixed the clogged drain, but on the other hand he gave me a quote of 250 on the phone. The quote seemed good so I didn't bother getting the quotes from the other 3 plumbers Angies List suggested. But after the 2 guys did the job, the boss that I talked to on the phone arrives and says we owe him 385 because it was more work than he anticipated (even though I told him on phone I was unable to clog with my own 25 foot snake). I tell him he already told me 250. He said that it was more work than he thought, but he would take 350. So I paid 350 and he left. But I wasn't happy that I got charged more than they had quoted me on phone.

New Touch Restoration responded to my clogged drains that caused backwash in bath and shower issue immediately. They methodically dealt with the problem from snaking the toilets to repairing the damaged sewage pipes. They treated me as a priority, every day until the issue was resolved. The workers restored my faith in a company with pride and commitment to resolve. The manager was on site to support his team and satisfy all county regulations to assure the job was done right. It is inspirational to know a company with such high ethical standards and commitment exists today. I will hire them again.

Overall, they were good. They did a good job. Scheduling was a small issue. I would maybe call them again in the fall for fall clean up.

We were happy with his work, but he was a little expensive. The work was fine, but not exceptional.

We started off strong. We had some problems with the billing. They would not show for their appointment but I would get billed for it. I would have to fight these charges. The work was fine, but they did not show sometimes. This is why I no longer use their services.

They are very good. I would rate them highly. The pricing was reasonable. They were very good, competent and came right away.

My water heater was constantly draining at the release valve. I had
already troubleshot the problem and requested that they bring a new one
to replace. They replaced the part within 30 minutes and it has been
working great since the repair.

The price was really good. He let us buy our own water heater, plus what he charged was a lot less than other people. He was willing to do part of the job, and he come on a Saturday.
