National Wildlife Federation

After receiving an e-mail requesting payment (the first actually listed the neighbors name and address) then an almost weekly offer of the magazine, I wrote a note telling them that I did not make a donation, did not want to make a donation and would like a refund of the money I paid for the subscription. They finally sent a check for $9.00, not the full amount I paid for their magazine. I had ordered the same magazine in the 80's and 90's for great nephews and nieces. Not receiving a thank you not from the kids I didn't mention it because they would get in trouble for not sending the notes. They probably never received the magazine, National Wildlife Federation probably took the money as a donation then, same as now. They sent lots of letter that I tossed thinking they were just advertisements, but they were probably invoices for the magazines I ordered and paid for with a check. This is a very unethical practice and probably a regular one for this organization.
