They were pretty good. I called several companies, and they were the ones that came right out. They were dressed very professionally. He rang the doorbell, then walked around outside to see what was going on. He came and told me what the problem was. He told me it was easier for me to get the part, and he showed me what to do, instead of charging me all that money. I appreciated that. I would use them again. This was the first time they had come over because it was a brand new house.

I brought the two prints to the store on 11/12/12. The clerk was very helpful and showed me a variety of matte and frame combinations and explained the various types of glass. Another clerk came by and said he had framed some similar items and suggested some matte color combinations. Both clerks were patient and friendly. I had % off coupons from their newspaper flyer and the final price was reasonable. The estimated completion date was 11/26/12, but they called a couple days ealier and said they were ready. The finished products looked great. I was very pleased with the entire process.
