First Matt, was patient as we grew into looking for the right size, style, and location to purchase. Then once we started making offers the amount of knowledge he was able to offer really made the process more effective. The closing process had its own challenges, the agent Matt had to negotiate with was new and inexperienced. Then, the listing was not actually ready as that agent had not taken his client through all of the steps with Loudoun County. After the inspection the seller agreed to repair everything we requested, but failed to do so. Matt never gave up and finally was able to get the work completed a week after we closed; all the while promising he would make sure it happened. Now 6 months later Matt is still in regular contact with us, and has really made the client role feel more like a friendship.

The whole process from selling to buying took only 4 months. The condo was only on the market for 6 days with Matt.

He did real good work. He was very responsive particularly when a problem came up. He was energetic and has a proactive approach to things. He was very easy to work with. He was very good at communicating. I would certainly use his services again when I sell my condominium.
