I am writing this review because I was so pleased at the superb job Lizzy did handling all aspects of my condo sale last year. Just now I am a renter, not an owner, but if I had another home to sell I would use Lizzy in a heartbeat, would not even consider any other realtor for the job. Before actually putting condo on the market Lizzy staged it beautifully at no extra charge, including personally painting the bathroom cabinets to give them an upgraded appearance. Less than two weeks after condo was listed someone made an offer of my full asking price. And after the home inspection Lizzy went ahead and arranged for all the buyer's requested repairs to be taken care of. Lizzy only charged a 5% commission, rather than the customary 6%. All in all, in my opinion, if you are looking to either buy or sell a home you cannot do better than working with her.
