Very smoothly

It was a great pleasure to deal with Key Title. While there with problems and frustrating delays dealing the mortgage provider Key Title performed their necessary service in a very professional and understanding way.
I contacted them by phone and they promptly emailed me a questionnaire with all the information they needed, plus a clear statement as to their cost. The latter was itself a pleasant surprise as I had had great difficulty in understanding the costs of other Title companies that I had looked at. In addition they seemed to be markedly cheaper!
There were a number of occasions when I thought the lender would be ready to close but found later they still need yet more time. In each case Key Title were happy to reserve a provisional date and time only to find there was yet a further delay. In each case they handled this in a very tolerant and friendly way.
The actual closure, with all the necessary forms and required signatures was handled in a very professional and reassuring manner. Clear explanations were provided with each document. We never felt we were being rushed and yet it was all completed in under one hour.

They were very professional and communicated very well. Performed the title search as requested.

Tom Wiltshire in the Reston Office was great. He explained things well. Settlement went as promised no gatchas or glitches.

Key Title was wonderful...they did the title search for us and found a problem with the prior home owner and worked hard to get it resolved before closing. The process Beth was great to work with and would email or talk on the phone. Bob the Settlement Officer was prompt, explained each form, very pleasant and fixed a mistake that was on the HUD. We received our check within a week of closing. Very happy with them.
