We had a very disappointing experience with the first water mitigation company that our insurance company sent out. I found First Priority on Angie's List and the insurance company allowed us to contact them. David was absolutely fantastic. He was clear, concise, very professional and easy to work with. And I also cannot say enough about Kesha who answers the phones at First Priority. She was so very helpful and patient in answering all my many questions on the many occasions that I called.
David came out to our home to assess the flooding situation first. He explained exactly what would need to be done. We appreciated that the crew worked to cut out as little drywall as possible in the drying process. Everything was done very professionally. The only slight gripe we had was with how the damaged hardwood flooring was removed. We felt the process could have been a little more "gentle" so that less wood was damaged in the removal process.
I truly could not be more pleased! I had a leaky toilet and called First Priority. They sensed the urgency in my voice and came out right away. Needless to say the problem is fixed. Reasonably priced, great service and all around company.
