I remember the price was reasonable. They are very conscientious. They are very willing to give an estimate. The people that work for them are very reliable. We had one small problem with an oversight in the past, and they came right away to fix the problem with no questions asked. They also adhere to the schedule very well and informed us of any changes right away. We will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to others.

He was very tidy with his work and did everything he said he would do. He supplied the paint and included the ceiling and some wood work as well. He came highly recommended and I was very pleased with his work.

I've used these guys for some time but I stopped using them because I discovered some work practices and employee policies which I wasn't very happy with. These practices reflect that this company could work to better its professionalism and it's ethics. I don't want to disclose pricing information.

Dinh estimated and priced up to two weeks of work for interior painting, deck powerwashing and restaining and exterior painting. We signed a contract for a total cost of $6350. After one week of work, Dinh stated the job was costing them more than they estimated and refused to do any more work. We paid Dinh $1875 for work to date (interior painting and deck powerwashing) and hired another contractor to complete the unfinished work. There was an additional cost to us to repair the damages caused by Dinh's unsatisfactory and incomplete work. Dinh's failure to contact us to resolve the problems they caused and their refusal to complete the contract are completely unprofessional, and the quality of their work is poor.

Dinh estimated and priced the work to power wash and restain our deck at a cost of $500 and we signed a contract which included the deck work and interior and exterior painting. Dinh power washed the deck using a mixture of Clorox and water. Dinh also power washed areas of the deck we agreed were not to be touched under a screened porch and left bleach marks under the deck and on the backyard fence. We pointed these mistakes out, but Dinh refused to restain these areas and complete the work they agreed to do. After power washing the deck, Dinh stopped work and did not complete the contract. We paid Dinh for the interior work and half the cost of the deck work and hired another contractor to complete the job. There was additional cost to repair the damages caused by Dinh. Dinh's failure to contact us to resolve the problems they caused and their refusal to complete the contract are completely unprofessional and the quality of their work is poor.
