"Thanks so much. I look forward to working with you again."
"Thank you so much, Removed mbr info. I look forward to working with you again. Damon"
In my new condo he built a beautiful bookcase about 15'X12'X8' with doors on the bottom to accommodate my books and "chackkas". He also installed cabinets, hung mirrors, fans, chandeliers, and gave good suggestions and advice. Damon has excellent taste and does quality work. He is trustworthy- I work full time and gave him a key. He gets the work done in a timely manner.
Very Well
very meticulous, punctual, professional
Because Damon works alone, a large or complicated project may take a while to complete. Our hall bathroom project took four months.
"This project was for two of the nicest people I have ever met. I do work alone, but is has never been a problem. The typical bathroom remodeling job takes me four to eight weeks to complete. This was not at all a typical project, and the logistics were not typical. This project was a very complicated, elaborate, and beautiful design which evolved during the project and with some structural surprises. On typical jobs, I work from about 8:30 or 9 am until about 8 pm six or seven days a week until the project is done. On this project, I was required to be out of the house by 5 pm M-F. In a month, that added up to 60 to 120 hours of work that did not get done that typically would. The project was long for all of us, but fortunately, we enjoyed each other very much, and it came out beautifully. Not at all a typical timing project for me. This was a new experience for me. In the future, if faced with limited hours, I will make it my business to communicate the impact on project progress it will have."
He was the same, when installing recessed lighting in our kitchen. After consulting with us on the type/size of lights we wanted, he picked up all the supplies, installed each of the kits, ran new wires from the switch and cleaned up as if he had not even been there.
I consider Damon to be very reliable, efficient with his time and fair with his charged rates. He charges for the actual time spent working and does not look to extend time just to get more money. He makes sure whatever he is working on is done to perfection and if you have any issues, will come back to resolve to your satisfaction.
Damon quickly, efficiently and expertly completed a wide variety of projects in our new home. What literally would have taken me weeks to complete, Damon finished in a few days. My original to-do list only included a few items. But when I saw how skilled Damon is, I happily added more things to the list.
Damon is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator. He is prompt and timely. Plus, he is simply a really good and honest person.
We will definitely use Damon again. I plan to use him for not only handyman services, but also for major work like remoldeling.
Thank you, Damon!
Punctual, committed to excellence, and always working to validate that the direction and outcome of his work will meet your expectations.
