Anahita is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever done business with. She is frequently patronizing and rude, acting as if I should be grateful that she had deigned to meet with me. She cancelled our second appointment at the last minute and didn't contact me again for over 45 days. I agreed to meet because her skills came highly recommended. When we met, she talked about all the research she had done on ideas for my kitchen. What she showed me were pictures of kitchens that looked nothing my kitchen and weren't colors that would haeve worked in the kitchen. They were useless. She showed me a picture of the corner of a kitchen cabinet door that had been painted battleship gray. She said that it was what my cabinets would look like after they were painted. I told her they that I didn't like gray. She said, "it didn't matter what I liked; what mattered was what looked good with the marble floors". At one point as we were sitting at my table talking, she took a personal call on her cell phone. She didn't excuse herself or apoligize. She showed me numerous examples of backsplash tiles - all gray. I had told her when we first met that I didn't like tile backsplahes or gray. She also showed my some paint chips she had brought. Again gray and also some shades of taupe. Taupe was the color I suggested when we first met. It was clear ahe had done nothing to prepare for the meeintg. I decided that she was not the designer for me and asked her how many hours she planned to bill for her work to date. She stated two hours, which would have been $350. I questoned the two hours. She indicated it was for the initial meeting and the second meeting. I reminded her that she had told there was no charge for the first meeting. It was basically a sales call where she discussed her services and I discussed my needs. She provided no services. She want ballistic. She started sreaming that I was ripping her off, that I did this sort of thing all the time. I assured her I had no intention of ripping her off. I gave her a check for $175 to get her out of my house - a complete waste of my time and money. stay away from this one
