I called about 15 different companies in the area, Joe had the best price as well the most accommodating schedule. Joe was incredibly responsive and got back to me in a very acceptable timeframe. He came in with his tools and didn't let me touch a thing. He made sure all of the cables were neatly tucked away and secured after he did a phenomenal job of mounting the television. You can tell Joe takes pride in his work as he took time and came up with the very best solution to make my entertainment area look fantastic. Best quality TV mounting I have ever seen, after getting 15 different quotes I am sure I got the absolute best service for the absolute best price.

For any of my future projects that I decide not to take on myself there is an 150% chance I will be calling Joe and Cabletek.

Since we just moved into the house we have a bit of a mess in the greater area, once we move some boxes around I will post some media to display this tremendous job.

Joe is extremely knowledgeable about A/V equipment. His cost estimate for the new system was very reasonable, and he installed it quickly. We're happy with the new system. He has been very responsive throughout the process. He has stopped by for extra service calls when needed (we've had issues with our cable technicians--Joe has fixed their mistakes).

Wasn't expecting this level of prompt response, competence and professionalism. After living in northern VA for a number of years was getting accustomed to crappy service. This is an excellent company that does impecable work at the lowest bid that you will get.

Joe arrived on time, completed the job on schedule, and completely cleaned up afterwards. The best part was that even though Joe had to open up a few holes in the drywall to run cable/wires...he patched and painted to look like new! Joe knows his business and I look forward to using his services again.

I explained most above but it went AMAZINGLY well. I called him on a Friday and he came out the next day (Saturday) to see what we wanted done and by Monday morning he had emailed me an estimate. He was very quick to respond to any questions that my husband or I had. He started quickly and finished quickly. It was a great experience.

After getting nowhere with a highly rated provider, I called this place. Was pleased with everything and then he made some excellent suggestions with some of my other equipment- converted all remotes, hide all wires, mounted tv and even saved me $20/month on my adt monitoring service! Extremely pleased and highly recommend.

Mr. Graham went above and beyond what I expected. I have never had a tv mounted on the wall before, so it was a relief for him to stop by before any work got done to assess the task and quote me a price.
He worked tirelessly to mount my flatscreen and soundbar and hid all of the wires. He treated my home with the utmost care and respect and cleaned up after himself. Overall, the entire process took 3.5 hours. Afterwards, he showed me what he had done and demonstrated how he resolved certain issues.
Because of his expertise, I didn't need the cable company to rewire or reconnect my service. So, Joe can be considered a one-stop shop on his own. When I had issues with cable connectivity the next day, he came right over, diagnosed and resolved the issue.
In fact, he determined that the receiver I had needed to be replaced and explained what he was seeing to the cable company-and now I'm getting a new receiver!!
This level of service deserves the highest praise and I feel very fortunate to have found Mr. Joe Graham. His services and friendly, professional disposition come highly recommended.
