Budget Blinds Of Fairfax VA

I experienced the worst customer service with the franchise Budget Blinds of Fairfax. We placed an order in the beginning of March for interior shutters. We were told they would deliver around the beginning of April. We were fine with delivery lead time due to the fact they were coming from overseas. Then we were told in the middle of April that they were on backorder, so we patiently waited. After numerous emails and voice mails with no response, we finally found out that the shutters were discontinued. So we tried setting up an appointment to review our options for different interior shutters. The last contact we had with the company was on May 23rd. I called and emailed them every day to get an update to no avail. I even sent letters via 1st class mail and certified mail. I finally had to get their Corporate Office involved to try and get my deposit back. They too had a hard time getting a hold of anyone. After a month of trying to get in contact with someone and threatening to file a suit against them, they finally gave me my deposit back. They notified me by text that it was in my mailbox. They are not even professional enough or have the decency to pick up the phone to let us know what went wrong. I would clearly not work with Budget Blinds of Fairfax or even recommend this franchise to any potential customers.
