Miriam showed up and observed the residency and gave me an estimate of the price (which I believed to be fair). We agreed on the price, and her workers had shown up the following morning and did an exemplary job. Since the initial consultation and cleaning, I have since contracted with them a weekly cleaning services. Without a doubt one of the best decisions I've made since moving here!

I've had the service for over a year. I've had the same girl come to my home twice a month and she is great!!

Overall, very satisfied.  Resources are nice, professional, and efficient.  They leave a list of supplies for next time and call to confirm schedule cleaning.  Have used twice so far and will continue ot use.

I love this service, she's fantastic and she saves my life. The only interaction I have with the company is the person who calls to tell me she's coming and Julie, who comes. She's an absolute asset to my life. I have hardwood floors throughout my whole house so the fact that she washes and cleans them is huge. She will tidy up the kids rooms and make beds if I need her to. She cleans the kitchen and bathroom, that sort of thing. She's professional and efficient and extremely nice. She does a great job. It seems to be a very personal service, it's not a random selection of people coming to your house. In my case, it's just one person so it's kind of personal like that. They are always on time, she's very flexible with me and she does a great job.

The "cleaning lady" does a great job. I trust the service provider implicitly and leave her alone in the house. Her work is the best.

More recently, we called this company to do a complete move-out cleaning when we sold our house. We wanted to leave it in pristine condition for the buyers. The maid came early and worked continually for about 7 hours. The result was all we could have hoped for. This is an excellent company to work with. The owner checks the work and ensures customer satisfaction. NOTE: The price shown above, $150, was for the one-time deep, move-out cleaning. Their bi-weekly price when we used them, up through 2001, was considerably less. Their pricing is excellent and I highly recommend Better Maid Service. I will certainly use them again.

I use them because they are licensed, bonded, and all the usual criteria. I was recommended to them by a friend.

I found out about the company by them placing a flyer in my mailbox. I appreciate their scheduling of the same gal every time. She comes at 8 AM when I am at home. Upon her completing the job, she will lock the home for me. The cleaning lady does not speak English, but I am able to communicate with her to the best of our abilities. I provide the cleaning supplies. They are very flexible in changing days or weeks upon my request. They are very good about getting back to me within the same day of my contact. I have used the company for 6 months.
