Archadeck of NOVA West

I contacted numerous contractors to get estimates to repair and separate estimates to convert the screened porch to a 3 season room. Out of all of the companies, Todd Bayliss of Archadeck, was the only one to follow through on estimate to repair and separate estimate to renovate. Also, he was by far the most responsive when I contacted him with questions and changes to the plans. When I finally decided to accept his proposal he told me he could start in two weeks which I understood because of special order skylights but it was actually under two weeks because he replaced the crushed roof beams and then replaced the plywood on the roof and then shingles. He found the exact size skylights even though other contractors said they didn’t make that size anymore. I am extremely pleased with the completed job and wish I had called Todd Bayliss of Archadeck first. I would have saved many weeks and months that was wasted waiting on other contractors getting back to me.

It went well. The whole process was easy. The contract was complete and thorough and they were knowledgeable about the steps needing to be taken with the county. His crews showed up every day and worked when they should have been. We had some small changes that had to be made during the project and they got resolved with ease. I would highly recommend them to others.

The work that they did was great. The workers did good work and they were very proficient on what they did.
