"Hi Rose, I want to personally apologize for the negative experience you had with us. The last 2 years with COVID and its ramifications have been incredibly challenging as we, like many, have dealt with supply chain issues, government-mandated closures and process changes, and crew illnesses. As such, our timelines were thrown into chaos, and just about every project on our production schedule suffered because of it. That said, there is no excuse for not communicating with you better throughout these challenges and making sure you were as up-to-date as possible, even when we did not have good news or a solid plan to provide to you. Additionally, I am sorry for not fulfilling my obligation to stop by to meet with you to close out the project the way I intend for all our projects. Again, there are no excuses for this, and everyone on our team, myself included, will strive to do better with our communication and keeping to our processes here in 2023 and beyond.
