After completing the three jobs (he even mitered the corners of the garage shelves), I asked Iberth to check all the electrical outlets as some of the plugs were not working. Not only did he find that some plugs were defective, he found that no ground wires were working in the upstairs plugs. After carefully checking each outlet, he finally found the "culprit"--a mistake in the wiring in a previously remodeled bathroom. He had to remove a section of wall and spend a great deal of time in the attic to correct the problems--which included "hot" or live wires siting in the attic insulation---quite a fire hazard. Iberth corrected the wiring mistakes, repaired and repainted the section of drywall he had to remove--and installed a new attic fan. We couldn't be more pleased with his work. A contractor who was remodeling some areas of our new house was also impressed with his expertise.
