Description of Work: I was in the market to refinance my home and received a call from the company who had previously did my refinance and was told that my house would have to appraise at a much higher value in order to do anything! During the same week, I received a phone from Mike Bass, who incidentally was one of the people who had contacted during my previous refinancing! I told Mike what I had been told by my previous lender and he told me to hold on. I gave him my information and he called me back with three options which reduce my monthly payment by two -to-three hundred dollars a month! I went with Mike and within two weeks my mortgage was closed! I stayed with Mike because of his persistence and honesty! | |He will always get my business from now on! | |Thanks Mike!
