These guys are thoroughly professional and pleasant to work with, Alex in particular. They were very knowledgeable, and knew what they had to do to fix our issues. Communication was top class. Alex kept on top and kept us up to date with all information. I highly recommend them.

Very nice people to deal with, all problems encountered upon installation were resolved smoothly. Both Sean and Alex are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They also installed the top of the line systems. They are great both personally & professionally.

Everything went very well.  My unit has functioned properly with no major issues.

Tried to have my usual service install the thermostat without success. Looked up a installer on Honeywell website and picked from top rated Angie's List company. Alex was on time, looked at my system and had everything running in 30 minutes.

The owners explained everything in detail before installing Furnace and Humidifier. The company did excellent work, and they cleaned up immaculately.  I would recommend AAA HVAC Services.

The system that was installed works great; the technicians were punctual and they were completed within a few days of the order. As they were finishing up, I noticed that the electrostatic cleaner was not powered up. When questioned, the install crew said that the wire mesh in front of the electrostatic fins was good enough filtering.

Unfortunately it took several months and numerous conversations, including finally communication with the company President to find out that current generation systems are not compatible with old electrostatic cleaners. The solution for the mixed generation systems was to install a paper air cleaner, which works fine. Getting the final answer on the filter solution much sooner would have resulted in a happier customer, but in the end the system works great and support for a minor issue that was caused by a third party was done promptly without a service charge.

AAA HVAC came to my home to determine what caused my AC to stop working after 2 other companies declined to make an accurate diagnosis and repair. Sean and Alex showed up and immediately dived into the problem. After about an hour, they knew the problem and that it would require replacement. They ordered the new unit, and within a week they were back to install it. Removing my old unit from 1984 (yes, 1984), took a lot of time and effort. They were able to remove it without damaging the door jams or scratching the walls. The new unit went in much easier, but the ducts had to change. They ordered new ducts, and about 3 days later they were back to install them. In all, Sean and Alex spent well over 20 billable hours completing this job. The entire time, they were not satisfied with leaving anything incomplete and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. They were very courteous and professional at all times.

It was okay. They came out a while ago. We ended up spending more than the big deal purchase of 55 dollars. I don't remember the exact price. He gave us two types of heater to choose from. We chose one that was more affordable. They took away the old heater. They were courteous.

I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning.  From the minute the technician/owner walked in the door, all he was interested in was upselling.  He had no intention of providing the service that I had paid for.  He put a lot of pressure on me to buy new filters (because mine were "useless"), pay for a more extensive coil cleaning, and get a new unit sooner rather than later.  All prices quoted were exorbitant.  The unit by the way is only seven years old and has never had any problems whatsoever.  Once my boyfriend showed up, he immediately changed his tune, especially when my boyfriend began asking questions that poked holes in what the technician was saying.  It was an overall very uncomfortable situation.  He essentially did nothing except vacuum the unit (which we could have done ourselves) after my boyfriend pressed him as to what service he had performed.  The technician bragged that most of their business came from Angie's List.  I was completely shocked.  They must have had a different technician.

I bought an online coupon for Furnace Cleaning and Maintenance.   Alex was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He said my furnace was in good shape and did not try to up sell any additional services.  The only negative is that they seem to have an answering service when you try to make an appointment and I had to call twice (after waiting a day after the first call) to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment.  Once the appointment was made, things were fine.  I would definitely hire them again.

They were nice and professional.  Seemed to know their job; Didn't mention some options another company did so we went with the other company.

I had to replace the AC system for my condo in order to put it on the market.  The old system was over 20 years old and past its economic life. and I needed to complete the upgrade very quickly.  AAA came on a Tuesday to give me an estimate of the cost, and they were able to schedule the replacement work on the same Thursday.  The work was started and finished, including cleanup, within a few hours on that Thursday.  AAA took care of registering the new units for warranty, so I was completely set to go on the sale.  I received a great price and excellent service.

They were very responsive to me and they came to my residence right away. I was happy with the quality of work I received.

Quick response, pleasant attitude and discussed all options available. Spent time explaining in easy to understand detail about the issues surrounding our A/C. EXTREMELY happy with this company and the services that they performed! HIGHLY recommend them to meet all you cooling and heating needs!

Our Airconditioning was not working well on one side of the house, especially upstairs.  AAA HVAC did a great job and the performance is now greatly improved.

I thought they were professional and would use them again in the future.

We had a half price deal.  Normally it would have been $75.  They were very good, very professional, got there on time and I was very happy with them.

All in all, not a bad experience. If your are a person that does some research, you would know that the capacitor they installed sells for $48 new on eBay. I was charged $125 or a 160% mark-up... Ouch. But you pay for what they "know" not necessarily for what they "do." (I will buy and keep a spare tho...)

I saw Sean leaving another neighbor's house and flagged him down to ask if he could look at our airconditioner.  i explained the problem.  He said sure, he would take a look and give me and was sure he could fix it.  Voila, in 1/2 hour the stopped up line was clear, he had cleaned the whole area, used a wet-vac for the pan.  Everything was spotless and the airconditioner is working great!  He is a very pleasant gentleman, efficient and professional.

I hired AAA hvac services to repair my ac a few weeks ago.  They were prompt in coming over and assessing the situation.  The technician Sean went through in detail what the problem was, why it happened and what the solutions are, which nobody has given me before in past companies I have used.  The problem was a small leak in my outdoor ac which was causing warm air to blow throughout the house.  It took him about 1 hour to fix the whole problem, then he retested the system and since then have not had any issues. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family and anyone looking for honest and reliable work and not pricey at all compared to other companies I have had work done through.
