AA Appliance Repair of Reston

The first time I used this company I was thrilled - This time it has been a nightmare!! Our freezer (fridge/freezer) was thawed Sat AM. They promissed to be at the house b/t 12 and 3, called at 258, said they would be there b/t 5-530. When they showed up, the very unproffesional kid diagnosed the problem as 1 of 2 sensors, he would call back on Mon with more information, until then too bad. I had told him please call early, I have an appt in the afternoon. Monday - called around 11 and was told they would call shortly. About an hour later, I called again and received a tongue lashing for calling again!! They have no idea whether they have the peices nor when they will be able to come - Meanwhile I do not have a freezer!!
