My siding looked as good as it did when I first had it installed after he power washed.  He power washed my deck also and it also looked new.  I was wanting some drywall replaced and the whole interior painted and since he price for the power wash so reasonable and decided to have him come back and do the work inside.  He is prompt and his painting is perfect.  When he left there was no mess left.

I will hire him again when I decide to tile my bathroom.

Much of the house looks great. However several places were skipped all together. Though they answer the phone and promise to finish the job, after a week of waiting and broken promises nothing. Also when asked to give an estimate for some inside work the owner walks into our house in wet boots walking on our oriental carpets etc. No damage done but indicative of a general lack of concern.

Eric arrived on time. He discussed what he was to do and confirmed his estimate. He went right to work and did a nice job. Eric even washed the front porch... the concrete had stains on it. When i pointed out areas that might possibly be better, he redid them with no arguement, He then cleaned up and discussed other services he could provide, i.e.: roofing, painting carpentry, fencing, etc. He is a personable man that does good work. recommended!
