Bessie Butler Tree Service

We've used Bessie Butler Tree Service for over 20 years (back when Ms. Bessie Butler herself accompanied the crew) and have never had anything but A-1+ service.  From huge trees (sigh)(including one about 15' from our front door that we were relieved went down after we saw the rotten core) to trimming large hollies and cutting back limbs, everything is always done superbly.  (Well, we did have one experience when they had to come back  --  but that was after a valiant effort to clean wood debris which turned out to be the home of nasty yellow jackets [I'm sorry] and they returned in December when it was safe to finish the job.) Anne and Paige (and all the workers) couldn't be more pleasant to work with, they tell you when something needs to be done and when it can wait, always let you know costs upfront (which are always fair), and they clean up so thoroughly that it looks better than when they arrived.  To say the least, highly recommended.

They arrived on time and the owner/manager stayed the whole time. She was also the person that had given us the estimate. They did everything we expected them to; raked up any loose debris; and hauled everything away. They had to change the date of the service because of the weather, but scheduled another time right away. We would definitely use them again.

They came when scheduled. Did the estimate. Returned on the date scheduled and did a great job. Took everything away.

It looks great. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will use them in the future.

They are great; I have used them quite a few times. This company was recommended by a neighbor. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. They have all the equipment; it is a good sized operation. It is a family operation, but if it is a big job they will come out here with all the people and all of the tools, trucks and all the stuff you need. They have taken down gigantic trees of ours that are like $2,000 trees. They are humungous things so this company has brought out, like, eight different vehicles, and people were climbing and doing all sorts of stuff. They know what they are doing. I will use them again in the future.

Called for estimate and Anne, the owner, came out and took a look. Gave me an estimate on the spot. Once we got association approval, Anne and 2 others came out to do the work. High attention to detail and safety with the right equipment. Took care with surrounding trees and lawn during removals. Fantastic job.
