Quintin McClellan and his crew are professionals. They arrived by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, and a crew of two worked on the tree in the front of the house taking it down. Another man trimmed the other two trees and was done in no time. By 3:00 p.m., the tree in the front was gone with just a small stump left and well as the tree in the back. By the end of the second day, all debris was chipped and spread around my hemlock trees. The second day the front yard was completely clean except for the stump and the logs. The backyard was more of a mess but that was quickly cleared early the second day. The crew arrived by 7:30 and quickly chipped and spread all chips, quickly took both stumps down to the ground and cleared up the entire yard. Quintin arrived with a massive stump grinder and ground the stumps down to nothing. There are two large piles of chips where the trees did stand but a lot of that is air and these will settle. Also, I will have Total Tree back to plant a small ornamental tree in the front and shade tree in the back and they can use the remaining ground stump as mulch for the new trees.
