Ridgeway Plumbing

I called Ridgeway plumbing and arranged for them to come the following day. They called 1/2 hour before arriving. They've repaired the bathtub with parts they had on their truck. They installed the kitchen faucet. The whole job was completed in just over an hour.

Their service is hilarious.

They were approximately on time, and that was the best part of the experience. They snaked the drain in my workshop, and proceeded to sling sewage materials all over the place. They then asked to be paid and left without cleaning up any of their mess. I ended up cleaning up the mess. Called to complain, they offered to comp me the price on the next service they provided. Not a chance!

Not much more to add to what has already been explained. Just one other factor. Some time later, I requested an estimate from Ridgeway to install a new shower unit (replacing an old tub/shower combo). I received a total with no cost breakdown. I tried to obtain further details but received no reply. Eventually, I hired another firm to do the work. This lack of response was disappointing but has no direct bearing on the plumbing work performed earlier.

Since I moved into my new house about a month ago, I've had a "lazily"-flushing toilet. I scheduled an appointment with Ridgeway Plumbing to have the problem fixed. The plumber arrived earlier than the agreed appointment time. After inspecting the toilet, he recommended snaking the bowl at an estimated cost of $84. I agreed, and he went to work. Sure enough, he found an obstruction: several pieces of a Motorola RAZR. He removed the pieces, and the toilet's flush went from a sluggish slurp to a mighty torrent. The final cost for the service call equaled the estimate. I'll spare you photos of the RAZR pieces. You can thank me later.
