From start to finish NRV Roofing performed in a professional and customer oriented fashion. Both their proposal and contract were clear, concise and accurate minimizing "lawyer-ese." As proposed, their performance was timely, within estimated cost, and true to delivery of material specifications. The manager owners and office staff were most helpful in explaining their service options. Their crew was courteous, efficient and considerate. At the end of the project, the clean-up crew did an outstanding job retrieving all manner of material and debris. We highly recommend NRV Roofing to any prospective customers.

Wayne met us at home to begin our initial quote, dropped of shingle samples, and provided recommendations on what would look good on our home. Wayne was responsive to my email questions before the job started. The crew that worked on my home was really good, they were very professional and knowledgeable about the work being done. The entire crew was very hard working; arriving in the morning on time and working until sundown with very few breaks. After the job was finished every care was taken to ensure that all materials and debris were removed and that everything was in the same condition it was in when the crew first arrived. The final cost was more expensive than the original quote due to prior installation issues uncovered during the roof removal. We didn't think to get a contract before work started detailing what was included in our initial quote so we had a disagreement about some of the extra work being part of the initial quote. Wayne was very patient and understanding of our concerns. Wayne took the time to explain the estimate for the extra work, why the work was necessary, and worked with us to rein in the extra cost to be more in line with our expectations. They did such a great job we had them do our shed as well. Would recommend them 100%

Wayne did a very thorough inspection and estimate. Unlike the other two parties we tried to get estimates from, he actually got up on the roof and also had his foreman come over not just once but twice to walk the roof to be sure that the estimate was accurate. My only "complaint" was how long it took to start the job but all in all it went very well once it started. The workers did a wonderful job and we were delighted with the end products.

Great. There were some unavoidable weather delays but Wayne made sure our roof had an interim patch on an area that had a leak to prevent any further damage.

Left message describing minor roof repair needed. Did not have the courtesy to return my call. Perhaps the repair was not large enough to warrant their attention. It was replacement of a vent gasket (we think). Will move on to another provider.

The owner and crew were excellent to deal with. We have a large 2 story house with a high pitched roof, not easy to work on. However, they did a great job. They were always polite, professional and courteous and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The price was less than other estimates that we had gotten and we feel it was reasonable for the amount of work that they did. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wayne came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof.  We're installing solar panels and needed a company that would work with the solar installers so we could get the job done right.  Wayne provided that for us and accommodated our schedule and the solar company's schedule.  
Wayne's guys came out on a Monday and tore off the old roof and started the new.  We had the solar installers come Tuesday morning to install all the points where the panels will go, and Wayne's crew came back on Wednesday and Thursday and flashed around all the solar points and finished the roof.  The crew was hard working and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They stayed until about 7 or 8pm each night.  
Once his crew was finished with the roof, Wayne came out and inspected the work and gave us a call.  He wasn't happy that part of the ridge vent was not completely straight across, so he sent his guys back out the next day to correct it.
All in all, we are very pleased so far with our new roof.  We haven't had a lot of weather for it to be tested yet, but it looks good and is functional, of course.  Wayne's not the cheapest, but he wasn't the most expensive estimate we had either.  He provided several addresses for us to go check out before we contracted him too.  All the roofs looked great.

He estimated me at $850 over the phone, and when it was all said an done it $990. I was a little upset about that. But he did an excellent job.

It went very well. The installation team was professional. The company owner was personable, helpful and also professional. I feel that we got very good value. Job well done.  Team cleaned up all debris and removed it from property.

Wow!  Thats the best way to describe Wayne and his crew.  Incredible work on our home.  Quickly performed, best price of all in the area.  Very professional, cleaned up everything afterwards.  It's truly wonderful workmanship.  They deserve the highest of praise, and anyone would be grateful to hire them for any roofing or sheet metal work.

Wayne Simpson was quick to respond for estimate and took great care in writing it up. All work carefully explained to my satisfaction.  Actual demolition and new roof construction well timed in regard to weather. Wayne and crew courteous and diligent, Great communication. Cleanup superb. Roof is beautiful. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!

Tore off old roof and applied new one. Very professional outfit from
showing samples, to showing up as scheduled, to clean to completion.
These guys are good. The roof is too steep to walk and the weather not
cooperative but they showed up with a crew of 5, and worked every day it
didn't snow or rain. Took great care to leave the roof in shape to
stand a storm without leaking. Cleaned up every day before they left (stacked materials, covered with tarp, swept deck and driveway, etc.) Left the yard in immaculate condition at the end of the job.
Roof came in about $800 more than the estimate but explained the problems as
they were encountered (some plywood roofing had to be removed and
replaced and some flashing around two skylight had been cemented such
that it wasn't possible to get skylight flashing over it - had to
replace flashing. No surprises. I recommend this crew and would
certainly use them again.

Nrv Roofing came over and looked where the roof was leaking and gave me estimate. The roof had been on about 15 yrs. Could not remove the shingles. recomend to patck the roof. Also give me a estimate to replace the roof.

Came to our home within 24 hours of call.  At time of quoting Immediately replaced missing shingles to stop leakage until new roof could be installed.  Crew begn new roof within 3 days. During stripping of old roof they found an area where old shingles had bonded to plywood (no tarpaper used by original shingle inaller along edges).  Did charge an extra $200 to remove 8 sections of 4x8 plywood and replace with new plywood which seemed reasonable. Workers were at our home two days to do entire job.  Did a good job cleaning up after the job was done.  We referred our neighbors to use this contractor. The roof looks very nice.

I am very pleased.  NRV Roofing has a hard working crew, that did a great job.  They worked 3 12 hour days, cleaned up at the end of each day, and did a first rate job.  They were very considerate, and polite, and the crew foreman checked behind the crew to make sure they had cleaned up everything prior to leaving each day.  They had the lowest estimate, and provided a high quality product including drip edge, ice guard, ridge vents, flashing and Certainteed landmark shingles.  It really looks like they paid close attention to detail.
I would recommend you check them out, they stayed hard at the job the entire time I was home.

From start he showed up gave us options, started on time and finished when stated. He also knocked off a few hundred dollars for us. Real easy to work with. The left over shingles he let us keep.  Two years later no LEAKS!!!! that means something.

We have been happy with them. It is a small company, and the owner Wayne is great. The first time I got several estimates and had them do the work after putting down half for the down payment. The second time, I called and had them just tell me what our options were and told them to do the work. The second time we did not have to pay them until they were finished, and found that I actually owed them less than they had originally estimated. They are clearly very honest. We actually referred several other people, including our son, to them and couldn?t be happier with their work.
