It all went well. They responded very quickly to get my heat started again (thermocouple). Since it had been several years, they scheduled a preventative maintenance. When they came a couple weeks later for the preventative maintenance, they discovered that the expansion tank was starting to leak. They installed a new expansion tank later the same day. The cost cited covered all of this.

I like that they come when scheduled, which consists of coming during a time block. I think they provide very high quality work and are very professional.

They come out really fast after you call. The first time we called because our heat pump went out and they came out the next day. We then signed up for the annual maintenance. They replaced our heat pump and everything that goes along with it. We just called them a couple weeks ago because the humidifier was not functioning. Turns out we just needed a switch flipped. The control for the humidifier had never been hooked up to the electrical so he wired that for us. They are really nice people. They are responsive. We have been very happy with them so far.

This has been a very frustrating experience for me. My heat went out Sunday, November 27, 2011. I finally gave up after two weeks of scheduling and re-sheduling.

On Monday I looked on the Lennox site to find a recommended service provider. Blue Ridge Heating and Air was recommened. I called and we made an appointment for the next day. So far, so good. They called on Tuesday and asked to reschedule and asked to reschedule. I said Thursday was fine. They called on Thursday and asked to reschedule and I said Monday would do. They called on Monday and said they had people out with a stomach bug; could they reschedule for Friday? I said Thursday would be better because of my work schedule. Thursday, between my morning class which ends at 2:00pm and 5:30pm when I have to go teach in Radford.

Now we are at two weeks from the first appointment. They called me while I was teaching my morning class and said they were on their way. I told them no, I teach until 2:00pm but I could arrange for an early release. No, they would come after class. At 4:41 pm they called and said that they had not forgotten about me and where on their way. I asked would they have enough time before I left for school? No,but could they reschedule. I'm done. I guess I'll start again. Wish me luck.

These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond to not only do the work right, but also to conceal the lines running up our house in gutter. They couldn't find gutter that matched what was on the house so they went out and found paint and painted the gutter to match perfectly. Whereas most contractors we have to continually watch and ask to change things, these guys did things right without us having to ask. Their installation crew was awesome and braved our 140 degree attic for three days to get the job done. They promised they would have the unit installed and running on a Friday and stayed until 9:30pm to get the job finished.

If you want an HVAC system, call these guys. They also had the cheapest bid. We put AC in our upstairs and our entire house stays cool now.

I really can't say enough about these guys.

They are very good. They are convenient. They are very prompt in getting here. Everything they have done is been very good.

I called the morning my heat quit working, and a repair technician was at my home early that afternoon. He was pleasant to work with and quickly repaired the problem.
