He said the hard drive was not the problem, that he had repaired the computer, and the cost was $150 (which was his estimate of the cost of replacing the hard drive). I paid him and left, with the conclusion that he had worked his plan.

We called on Tuesday and the repairman came out at 7:30am Wednesday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to repair it in under an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional.
