I told him what I wanted, and he prvovided me with suggestions on how to achieve the look. I was kept informed about all aspects of the job, and was consulted when adjustments could be made. In addition, Chuck did some work that was not part of our contract. As he was moving the plumbing, he discovered that I had a couple of leaks under the house, and went ahead and replaced. He also took the old materials to Habitat for Humanity for me and provided me with a detailed, priced receipt.
