I work long hours during emergencies like snow storms, my wife called the company we had had out several times since we bought the home. They advised they could not come out. She called Accord and they came out and got the unit working.
That spring we called Accord and asked them to come out and give use an estimate on installing a new heat pump. We also spoke with them about a problem the old unit was having heating and cooling our upstairs. They gave us a solution to solve the problem.
The installation of the new heat pump was done very well. The workers where good and cleaned up their mess each day. When they were complete they showed me how to operate and check the system.
This has been about 4 years the heat pump system is doing great.
Also our electric bill went down.
