Very responsive after call. Set up appointment and was on time. After service fully explained why system was down and what was serviced. I asked for an annual preventative maintenance service agreement and one arrived in the mail three days later.  Very comfortable with this provider. They are now my generator folks and electrician. Thanks Steve and Stacy!

Mr Simmons came and tested everything and the problem was found to be with the electrical company. He did not charge anything for doing this and was very pleasant and professional.

Went very well. The fans were all installed in half a day and the generator the next day. His crew left the work site neat and clean. Steve Simmons got the permits, installed the generator and arranged for the city inspections. The work passed the inspections not only for electrical but also for gas installations. Everything went very smoothly.
Steve is very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire him again for any electrical needs. His prices are very reasonable. Some of my neighbors actually hired him too to install their generators, after seeing what a great job he did also making sure that the wiring and piping connections to the house were installed in a manner pleasing to the eye. To me that demonstrates attention to detail and pride in his work.

He's good about coming when he says. He doesn't not show up or show up late. He is very easy going and laid back kind of fellow. You can just explain what you need to have done and he does it. He is very reasonable.

Excellent service. All of the crew are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Steven Simmons ordered the generator for us so that we could receive his contractor discount, yet he also let me pay Home Depot directly for the generator so that I could get frequent flyer miles on my credit card. The understaffed propane company held up the final testing, but Steven kept me apprised of the delay.

The guy came out when he was supposed to and was real nice. We have used them before for an outlet for a hot tub, a tankless water heater and a brand new panel where all our fuses go. They are awesome. They are always courteous and on time, and understand issues that we are going through. They don’t try to rush through the job. They do it right the first time. They’re quick, efficient and nice people. Before we found them, we had used several, but now they’re the only people that I would use. I would recommend them to everybody.

The first time I called them was for an estimate on installing a generator, having to put in a totally new circuit breaker panel in, etc. Steven came out and gave me an estimate. I had one child screaming and another crying so I could not hear a word he said. He was so patient and understanding going over things again and again for me. He was so nice, I called for the company to do the work. I was so pleased with the work I called them back to hook up a hot tub. Thankfully he arrived about 10 min early, because in cleaning up the area for him to work that morning, I accidentally hit a ceiling fan and knocked it off the studs and was still holding it when he arrived! Well, he fixed the ceiling fan and hooked up our hot tub. I will call him and only him again if I need electrical work done!!!
