+ -1 moreI had a verbal contract with this company to remove a fallen tree for $175. I was told it would occur on the following Tuesday. He did not show or contact me. When I contacted him, he stated that he would come instead on the next Saturday. He did not show or contact me. He then did not respond to my email messages. When I finally notified him that if he did not contact me I would have to file a complaint with the BBB, he responded and stated that he would remove the tree on Sunday. He then wrote that he did not have enough help on Sunday, so would do it on Monday. He failed to show on Monday and did not contact me. He then did not respond to my email message
Description of Work: A tree had fallen and was leaning against my neighbor's tree. I entered into a verbal contract for this company to remove the fallen tree
